As this is a hobby shop, it might appear to lack the corporate imagery or professionalism you are used to. What we don't lack however, is the enthusiasm and drive for customer satisfaction. We might no have the slick money making machines of the giants but we have some well oiled cogs.
We answer all email enquiries about the products on this web site and do all we can to help you make the correct purchase. All purchases are secure, using the reliable Paypal system. You do not need a Paypal account to make any purchases and all transactions are secure.
Why can't you find any buy now buttons. The products in this store attract customers all over the world. The products in this store are all of varying weight. As we do no know how much the product you wish to purchase weighs and we do not know where in the world you live, we will have to add additional shipping costs to the product purchase price.
This of course is done via a quote. What you need to do is simply send an email to info@kenscollection.co.uk listing the following details:
Your Name
Full Postal Address
eMail Address
Product Code
With the above details, we can then produce a quote which will be shortly emailed to you. If you are happy with the quote, you may proceed to purchase the product via a PayPal purchase link which will be included in the quote email. Of course if you are not happy with the quote, you can of course simply drop the enquiry and nothing more need be done. We would of course like to here from you again so please let us know if there was anything wrong.
This PayPal purchase link, what does it do, what do I do with it? PayPal offer a system where I can email you a link configured to your quote, you can click on the link and continue to make the purchase which will take place via a secure system offered by PayPal. It's free for you and will cost no more than if you were purchasing from one of those corporate giants.
Once you click on the purchase link, you will be taken to PayPal and PayPal will ask you for some details. PayPal will ask you if you wish to pay by credit card or debit card, you will of course then be asked for you card details.
Once you have confirmed these details, we can ship your purchase.
